We assist with the development budget, construct costs projections, operating pro-forma, LIHTC application preparation and assist your development in achieving loan and investor closings, construction review and permanent loan closing. We also provide property management consulting services to assist you in self-management of you project. LLC Development, LLC and TPRDD, LLC combine to provide an integrated approach to deal structuring and deal closing. TPRDD, LLC will either prepare your third party due diligence reports or help you find the third party report provider if it is something that we do not provide.

Principal

JiM HOWELL


Mr. Howell graduated from Louisiana State University in Shreveport with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He passed the CPA examination in 1980 on his first attempt. As a practicing CPA for a regional accounting firm he  performed numerous cost and operating audits for multi-family units as well as provided consultation to clients in the field of construction and property management. This evolved into working for a large development, construction and property management firm from 1981 to 1998. The result was the successful development and rental of over 4,000 apartment units. In 1998, he founded LLC Development, LLC and focused on multi-family real estate development and consulting. In 2004, Mr. Howell began preparing Market Studies, Environmental reports and Capital Needs Assessments for clients of LLC Development, LLC. This work was in numerous states, including Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Alabama, South Carolina, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Colorado, Alaska, Georgia, Ohio, Indiana and Texas. To date he has authored over 1,000 market studies, over 1,500 environmental reports and over 800 Capital Needs Assessments  and all have been approved by the recipients who include state agencies, city and county governments, private lenders, FNMA, HUD, USDA, non-profit developers, for-profit developers and public and private equity investors.
